Hak ve Özgürlükler Partisi (HAK-PAR) Genel Baþkaný
1961 yýlýnda Diyarbakýr Lice ilçesi Akro mezrasýnda doðdu. Ýstanbul Üniversitesi, Ýktisat Fakültesi, Çalýþma Ekonomisi ve Endüstriyel Ýliþkiler bölümünü 1993 yýlýnda bitirdi. HAK-PAR 3. Olaðan Kongresi’nde tek Genel Baþkan Adayý
olarak gösterilen Bayram Bozyel oy çokluðuyla Parti Genel Baþkaný seçildi. Bayram evli iki çocuk babasýdýr.

Chair: Bayram Bozyel - Born in Diyarbakýr in 1961.He graduated from Istanbul University's Economy School Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 1993. At the third Ordinary Congress of HAK-PAR, he was the sole candidate for the helm and was elected chair. He is married and has two children.
